Who Can Apply
Teachers, administrators, parents and community members may apply for projects that promote excellence and enrich the experience of arts and humanities activities for students and teachers in the Germantown Central School District.
Germantown Student Education Foundation (GSEF) grants are not intended to replace public dollars for the school district. Projects eligible for funding include, but are not limited to: extracurricular activities; special projects; visiting speakers, artists, and educators; artists-in-residence; professional development for teachers; special materials and supplies; library resources; and class field trips.
Grant awards generally range from $100 to $2500 and are generally awarded on an annual basis. The grant application deadline is currently scheduled for March 30 of each year.
Additional grant guidelines and information on submitting an application can be found on the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation website; visit the page for the Germantown Student Education Arts and Humanities Endowment Fund.
